一般资料
申请日期:2026年1月2日(星期五)至2026年1月16日(星期五)(包括首尾两日)
自行分配学位数目:40
面试日期:2026年3月7日(星期六)
(所有申请学生都会被安排面试。本校不会为缺席者另作面试安排。)
第二轮面试日期:2026年3月21日(星期六)
(被拣选进入第二轮面试的学生将会收到个别通知。)
申请程序
5.亲临校校务处取请格于校网页下载。
6.申请人可选择上列办公时间内亲临本校递交申 。
由上年度起,教育局已取消邮递申请。
3.申请时,请提交下列文件:
(一) 教育局发出的“中一自行分配学位申请表”
(二) 本校申请表
(三) 个人证件照片 2 张
(四) 下列文件副本:
·小四至小六学业成绩表
·其他文件(例如奖状、课程证书等)
只需提交最多三项重要文件及不需要提交小学校长推荐信
·领洗证明书(若已领洗者,可自愿提交)
( 为方便整理学生资料,请勿将文件放进文件套内,以钉书机或长尾夹钉装即可。)
(五) 回邮信封一个(请贴上充足邮资,并写上收信人姓名及地址)
7.申请者必须出席本校之面试,面试日期为2026年3月7日(星期六),时间将稍后以电邮通知。

衷心祝贺崇德人在2023年香港中学文凭试考获骄人成绩!
This year, our overall Level 4 or above rate is 76.5%, and Level 5 or above rate is 37.2%, which are both new records for Shung Tak. This also means that for every 3 subjects Shungtakians sat in the 2023 HKDSE, they obtained Level 5 or above in at least 1 subject.
今年,崇德在文凭试的成绩中刷新多项纪录。本校中六学生整体考获4等或以上成绩的比率为76.5%,考获5等或以上成绩更高达37.2%。换言之,崇德人在每应考三科文凭试科目中,就至少有一个科目能获取5等或以上成绩。
For the core subjects, our Shungtakians recorded an outstanding 80% with Level 4 or above while ALL of our S6 students obtained Level 3 or above in English Language. 95% of them also achieved Level 3 or above in Chinese Language while ALL scored Level 2 or above in Mathematics and Liberal Studies.
在核心科目方面,全体考生在英文科均考获3等或以上成绩,并同时在数学科及通识教育科达2等或以上。此外,95%的考生在中国语文科考获3等或以上成绩。
