龙马精神启新篇，热辣滚烫逐梦想。中考在即，为了激发初三师生决战到底的勇气和决心。3月18日下午，华美外国语学校隆重举行了2024 届“奋斗致青春，一起想未来”百日誓师大会。学校领导、五至九年级的全体师生及部分家长代表参加大会。
“战鼓催征，砥砺奋进。”国歌声响起，五星红旗徐徐上升。国旗下，华美学子深情凝望，继而大声宣誓，灿烂的梦想在这里启航，梦想的新芽在春天生长。
百日谈兵︱春风磨剑
九年级学生代表冯渊德同学的发言掷地有声，诉说着九年级学子决胜中考的一腔热血，万丈豪情。转眼间中考三年已近尾声，中考的集结号已经吹响，用努力、奋斗和汗水书写青春不朽的长歌；把坚韧、决心和毅力转化为砥砺前行的力量！
家校筑梦︱同心画圆
父母是学生的有力支持者，九年级1班冯渊德家长作为初三全体家长代表发言。冯渊德家长首先感谢夜以继日操劳的学校领导和老师们。其次，他对学生们进行了鞭策和激励：有志者，事竟成；苦心人，天不负。希望同学们以昂扬的斗志、全力以赴地拼搏进取。最后，他承诺家长们将在这一百天里，积极配合并全力支持学校和老师的工作，与老师多交流沟通，形成教育合力，并肩携手，共育栋梁。
嘱托殷殷︱情意拳拳
毕业班教师代表陈斯岗在发言中引用了毛主席名言：“天地转，光阴迫。一万年太久，只争朝夕。”勉励同学们最后的百天不是奋进的终点，而是成功的前奏，是出征的战鼓，是拼搏的号角。只要全情投入、全面出击、全力以赴，定能用青春奋斗书写最好的答卷。
名以梧桐︱必出凤凰
梧桐凝碧，虽是朴素，却引来神鸟，因而华美。学校领导胡少明校长对九年级学子提出殷切希望：祭出三年磨剑，利刃出鞘的志气；拿出敢闯敢试，敢于拼搏的劲头；紧跟老师，紧盯知识，紧抓效率；立刻振作，立刻行动，立刻奔跑；全情投入，全面出击，全力以赴：师生一起用百日的奋斗书画最美的青春。

今年是龙年，龙的寄寓就是能力与权威、知识与智慧。属龙的，薄蓬莱、羞昆仑，呼嘘阴阳，五色翛翛；不属龙的，做从龙之云，伏光景，神变化，水下土，汩陵谷，灵怪至成其凭依。风云际会，尽是才智与力量。
1620年培根提出“知识就是力量”。《人类简史》的作者尤瓦尔·赫拉利解释说，对“知识”的考验，在于能让人类得到力量。不是学了知识，学到知识就有力量，而是把学到的知识用起来，形成了发展的优势，做成了进步的帮衬。知识的价值就在于让我们拥有创新的能力。
几个世纪以来，科学为人类提供了许多新的工具，这些工具可以是思考方面的；更重要的是科技实用方面的。我们现在的学习，距离开发科技工具还遥远得很，但它可以为我们夯实思维方面的逻辑基础。1978年，80多位诺贝尔奖获得者，在巴黎集体承认，最好的教育是幼儿园，最重要的起点是好习惯。无独有偶，余秋雨说，他这个著名教授，在浙江余姚小桥头小学，“完成了他的全部早年教育”。
“全部早年教育”不是一桩简单的事，他向记者解释：小学语文，“让我认识了毕生阅读和写作中的绝大多数汉字”；小学数学，“让我知道了一系列最基本的逻辑常识，至今我们还常常为这些逻辑而奋斗”。
如果不会产生新科技，科学研究就没有意义；反过来说，没有最基础的思维积累，科学研究就是飘渺的海市蜃楼，知识更不能产生力量了。让知识成为力量是我们将来的目标，我们现在的目标是有高中上、有好高中上！
其实，属龙不属龙都不是龙，都是人。人的才智和力量来自于拼搏与奋斗。
近代名人吕碧城，自小有深厚的文化熏陶，父亲翰林进士，母亲通晓文章，她五岁能诗，七岁能画，天赋极好。然命运坎坷，十二岁，父亲猝死，家产被剥夺。她说：“如果不是环境逼迫，谁愿意一身才华。”为救母亲，12岁的她写信申冤于两江总督；及笄之后，不接受上天安排，要求命运由自己主宰。她翻墙出走：失败了，世界就是砖墙瓦屋下面的油盐米柴；成功了，外面的世界就是斑斓五彩。她孤身一人，在天津，当编辑，办女校，为女权独立鼓与呼；到上海，设计时装，开美容院，把传统文化的审美元素，推向国际市场。夜雨谈兵，春风做剑。只有拼过，才知道生命能开出这么绚烂的花来。
家财被族人洗劫，自由被枷锁禁锢，吕碧城徒手起家，传奇般地成了上海首富。他告诫青年们，缺了拼搏与奋斗，天赋不值一文。
资产争夺的岁月一去不复返，社会竞争的焦点集中到教育上来。华美坐落梧桐之下，得天独厚，山上风声，山下书声，山溪流水绿两岸，开课温言育新人。春花秋月，三载相伴，嘱托殷殷，情谊拳拳。春风每晚都清点校园的花朵，师长日夜陪伴你们的成长。梧桐凝碧，虽是朴素，却引来神鸟，因而华美。名以梧桐，必出凤凰。
惊蛰之后闹春风，热火朝天迎中考。3月18日，师生齐聚以“奋斗致青春，一起向未来”之名，誓师：

青春成长︱掌声作伴
大会播放了主题视频《“奋斗致青春，一起想未来”》。全校师生和家长代表共同为全体学生录制了“中考百日倒计时寄语”，激励同学们奋发图强，决胜中考。
这100天是奋斗的100天，是竭尽全力的100天，更应是热辣滚烫的100天，同学们将是从稚气到成熟的华丽转身的100天。
青春誓言︱扬帆起航
在这百日冲刺的时刻，九年级全体老师的宣言也满是热血青春，豪迈气势。铮铮誓言，犹如掷地有声的战鼓，激发起每位九年级学子心中的战斗意志与不屈决心，传递出全体教师与学生们同甘共苦，奋战百日的坚定决心。华美学子用“中考折桂，华美最美”的信心庄严宣誓，下定奋战中考的决心。一张张坚毅的脸庞，闪耀着慨然以赴的昂扬斗志；一声声洪涛般的呐喊，迸发出直抵人心的力量。

Feng Yuande, a representative of the ninth-grade students, delivered a passionate speech, narrating the fervor and determination of the ninth-grade students to win the entrance exam. Parents are strong supporters of students, with Feng Yuande's parents from ninth-grade class 1 speaking as representatives of all parents of the third year. Feng Yuande's parents first expressed gratitude to the school leaders and teachers who work tirelessly day and night. Secondly, they encouraged and motivated the students: where there's a will, there's a way; hard work pays off. They hoped that the students would strive with high spirits and give their all. He encouraged the students that the final hundred days are not the end of their endeavor but the prelude to success, the drumbeat of departure, and the horn of struggle. As long as they devote themselves wholeheartedly, strike comprehensively, and give their all, they will surely write the best answer with their youthful struggle.

The phoenix tree stands tall and green, simple yet attracting divine birds, thus making it magnificent.
