佛山霍利斯预备部（即小学部）面向6-10岁学生，是一个年轻，多元化且富有启发性的愉快学习社区。我们鼓励学生独立思考和创造思维，成长为具有全球视野的未来领袖。

开放日活动将于早上9:30的明媚阳光中开始进行签到。我们热情友好的招生团队和预备部老师将会在学校前台和大厅迎接大家，并热情地与大家打招呼。在签到期间，您和家人可以跟他们自由交流，了解我们的老师，或咨询任何想了解的问题。

上午10:00，我们的预备部老师将会带着孩子们去预备部课室，参加两堂精彩的英式体验课，开展一场充满乐趣的学习体验之旅。首先，老师会进行一些有趣的游戏和活动，帮助他们熟悉彼此。上午10:30开始正式上课，孩子们将会通过主题学习法，体验英式课程的精髓。主题学习法也是目前佛山霍利斯预备部所采用的教学和学习方法。

在体验课上，学生们将会学习有趣的课题，例如可再生能源。学生们将会了解环境保护的重要性，并动手设计和建造一个迷你风能动力机。此外，学生们还可能会探索人体部位的工作原理，了解不同身体部位如何协作而产生运动，加深对自己身体和人体生物学的知识。体验课的主题会不定期更换，与预备部课程内容的发展保持定期更新。

我们将邀请各位家长到会议室参加学校信息分享会。我们的校长 Mrs Jane Arden 将会致以欢迎辞，欢迎大家的到来并简单介绍学校的信息。接下来，预备部主任 Ms Mandy Bateman 将会接力为大家介绍我们的预备部，包括创新的课程主题、丰富多彩的校园生活，以及全方位的学习支持。

学校信息介绍完毕之后，我们将会进入现场问答环节。您可以提出任何问题，预备部主任将给予您及时且实用的答复。

在学校信息分享会结束后，我们友好且经验丰富的招生团队成员将带领各位家长参观我们曾获得最佳设计奖的美丽校园和先进设施，并重点解读预备部的设施设备。

在参观期间，招生老师也能够回答大家的问题，让您深入了解我们的设施如何满足学生的学习生活需求，并为他们创造一个安全的启发型的成长环境。

Welcome to join us on 16 March 2024 for our Prep School Open Day! Discover all the incredible opportunities our Prep School offers. Meet our Head of Prep and British teachers, learn about our ethos and curriculum, and let your child experience captivating British taster lessons.

The Prep School at LEH Foshan is a diverse and inspiring community of young learners aged 6-10. We encourage independent and creative thinking from a very young age fostering students into becoming globally minded leaders of tomorrow.

Join us bright and early from 9:30 AM! Our friendly admissions team and Prep teachers will be greeting you with smiling faces. Take this opportunity to engage in friendly banter, ask any questions you may have, and get to know our team.

Your child(ren) will have the opportunity to take part in two exciting taster lessons and experience the essence of the British Curriculum.

The topics of the lessons may vary over time to reflect the latest trends and developments in our curriculum; your child(ren) might be learning about the importance of environmental protection, participating in a hands-on project where they will design and build a mini wind power generator, or delving into the workings of the human body.

Parents will be invited to join the School Information Session where Headteacher Mrs Jane Arden and Head of Prep Ms Mandy Bateman will introduce LEH Foshan and its Prep School to you in detail with a Q&A session at the end. 

Following the sessions, our friendly and knowledgeable admissions staff will lead you on a guided tour of our beautiful, design-award-winning campus, with a special focus on the state-of-the-art Prep School facilities.

During the tour, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, and provide you with an in-depth understanding of how our facilities cater to the needs of our students, and create a safe, nurturing environment for them to thrive in.

For prospective students who are interested in pursuing your studies at LEH Foshan, we would like to invite you to participate in our admissions assessment in the afternoon from 1:00 pm.
